Since its establishment, the company has always attached great importance to R&D investment in science and technology and team building, actively conducting in-depth cooperation with many renowned universities and research institutes such as Zhejiang University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2023, the company was recognized as a "National Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise"; in 2024, it obtained the patent for the "Chlorinated Alkane Cooling and Material Transfer Device". Tang Pengfei: Graduated from Zhejiang University with a doctoral degree, currently serving as the General Manager of Anhui Weixiang New Material Co., Ltd. Dr. Tang has extensive experience in new product development, scale-up, and process optimization, and has numerous successful cases. Some successful cases are as follows:

From March 1998 to March 2001, Dr.Tang participated in the projects of anti-AIDS drug AZT, 4-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol, an intermediate for new liquid crystal materials, and o-nitrobenzaldehyde, an intermediate for antihypertensive drug nifedipine, and successfully industrialized them.

From March 2001 to August 2005, Dr.Tang successfully developed two patented products: 1,3-propanediol monomethyl ether and 3,5-dibromo-o-nitrobenzaldehyde.

From November 2010 to February 2013, Dr. Tang successfully developed more than ten chlorinated series products such as dichlorodiethyl ether, chlorinated n-octane, and chlorinated isobutane.

Zheng Chaoluán holds a university degree and is a chemical engineer and a registered safety engineer. He previously served as the project leader of the pilot plant at the Organic Synthesis Research Center of Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai Zhongke Heshen), and is currently the chief engineer at Anhui Weixiang New Material Co., Ltd.

Mr. Zheng has accumulated rich practical experience in the improvement of chemical processes and equipment optimization. Particularly in the field of chlorinated and brominated alkane series products, he has over 20 years of practical experience and is one of the earliest technicians in China to engage in the research and production of these series of products. The continuous process device he developed under normal pressure successfully synthesized 2-chloropropane and 2-chlorobutane with a purity as high as 99.9%. These two products not only have extremely high purity but also stable quality, effectively avoiding the frequent "acid return" problem in conventional processes, earning unanimous praise from customers.
