HSE Policy of Anhui Weixiang New Material Co., Ltd.

I. Policy Commitment

Plan Execution: Based on the set goals, we will formulate detailed HSE work plans, clearly defining responsible persons and timeframes. We will ensure the effective implementation of all plans and, through regular inspections and audits, promptly identify and address issues to ensure the smooth achievement of the goals.

III. Management Responsibility

Leadership Commitment: The company's senior leadership makes a clear commitment to HSE management, incorporating HSE work into the company's strategic planning and ensuring that the necessary resources for HSE management are fully guaranteed. The leadership team leads by example, actively participates in HSE activities and promotes the construction and development of HSE culture.

Departmental Responsibilities: We will clearly define the responsibilities and authorities of each department in HSE management, integrating HSE work requirements into the daily work processes and performance evaluation systems of each department. Department heads are responsible for HSE work in their departments and ensure that all HSE measures are effectively implemented.

IV. Training and Communication
